Browser support
Insight Customer Web Interface supports most modern browsers, including:
- Microsoft Internet Explorer v. 4.0 and later
- Opera v. 5.0 and later
- Netscape v. 4.7 and later
- Mozilla v. 1.0 and later
The site has been tested with all these browsers and was found to perform well. Other modern browsers should be working fine, although they haven't been extensively tested yet.
Insight Customer Web Interface uses Javascript for entry validation and navigation.
Thus you need to have Javascript enabled to use the site.
Insight Customer Web Interface also uses cookies to store session information. The
cookie does not contain any personal information, just a session
ID. This cookie is a temporary one, meaning that it is kept
in memory and is not written to your disk. As soon as you
end your session and close the browser window the cookie is deleted.

If the above information indicates that your browser is older than the browsers
listed above you will need to upgrade to a newer version or install another modern browser. Browsers
older than the ones listed above are no longer updated by the manufacturers and contain serious security flaws, which are yet another reason to update the browser.
In case the above information indicates that Javascript is not supported or
that cookies are not enabled, please follow the instructions below to enable
Javascript and/or Cookies.

Click Custom Level - then scroll to Active Scripting

Change setting to 'Enable'

Click Edit in menu bar

Browser Cookie Settings Listed below are steps that let you access and change your browser's Cookie Settings:

Click the Internet icon Click Custom Levels - then scroll to Cookies

Note that after changing the cookie setting you should close all
currently open Internet Explorer windows for the new settings to take into effect.

Click Privacy

On that tab is two parts, 'Settings' and 'Web Sites'. In the 'Settings' is a
slider that is used to set the overall privacy for cookies.

Make sure the slider is in the centre, showing Medium
above the slider
